Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer delivery. We do hope to have the option available for you in the near future!
Where do we pick up our order?
We are located at 430 Hazeldean Road Unit 6 inside of Head Office Ottawa. Head Office is a collaborative work space, just walk straight to the back and thats where we'll be!
What is the quickest time frame that I can get an order in?
If we are not already fully booked for the date we need at least 72 hours notice. To create a box with a shorter timeframe please contact us by email to see if we have availably to accommodate your request. (Depending on the order there may be a small rush fee associated with the order)
Can I change my order?
You may request a change to your order at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick up date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we have already created your original box we will be unable to change your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. In order to refund the full amount your cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
How can I change the date of my order?
Send us an email at least 24 hours before your original order date and we will switch it for you, no problem!
How far in advance should I place my order?
You can order well in advance, or order at least 3 days before! For busy holidays like Christmas, Valentines Day, and Mothers Day we recommend you order further in advance.
Do you offer gift cards?
We sure do, what a great gift! Search Gift Cards in the search box of our website and they will appear.
Can i have a card with a message attached to my box?
Of course! When you order your box let us know you want to add a card in the “additional notes” section! Make it short and sweet and we can add it for you!
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible. We recommend you do not attempt to submit your order again to avoid placing duplicate orders.
Why do the letters cost extra?
Our letters are individually hand made by us using the finest Belgian Chocolate!
What is your most popular box?
The classic smash box! The Geometric Smash Heart can be customized for any lettering so it works for so many different occasions. And of course, the fun part, you get to smash it!
What if I don’t see a box with the design I’m looking for?
If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, we can make it for you! Click the custom option and we will send you an email with instructions on how to order your custom box! Need help designing it? We will work with you to create something beautiful!
How do I store my box after I’ve picked it up?
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate within 4 hours to ensure freshness!
Dipped products contain or may have come in contact with, tree nuts, (almonds, hazelnuts, coconuts, and pistachios), peanuts, wheat, eggs, milk, and soy. We cannot promise that a box will not have come in contact with nuts, nut oil, or another allergen. We cannot guarantee allergies at this time. We recommend you take the necessary precautions based on any food related allergies.
What if I am not available for the required pickup time slots?
Send us an email explaining what times work for you, and we will figure out a pickup time that works!
